When NEFF involved me in the installation they were creating for Eurocucina 2024 at Salone del Mobile in Milan, I immediately thought about what taste was in all its nuances, I identified colors and elements that described sweet, salty, bitter, sour, umami, kokumi and I made them coexist in 3 large artworks that dotted the stand.
